Helvetesuka is a high-intensity reality series in which 13 of Norway’s most high-profile athletes are pushed to their absolute limits. Deprived of food, sleep, and recovery, they are plunged into an extreme military simulation inspired by special forces selection and the Armed Forces’ most demanding training programs.
As the pressure mounts, each participant must face the ultimate decision: keep going or quit — signaled by ringing the iconic Defence bell.
This is not a test of strength alone, but of resilience, grit, and the refusal to give up.
